Sisters Acting Up dancing with Mitzi Roberts
Dance Style: Liturgical

“Sisters Act Up” is made up of 20 catholic sisters from School Sisters of Notre Dame Good Counsel Hill. They are coached by dance pro/studio owner, Mitzi Roberts and will be performing a liturgical dance style this evening. They are excited to participate tonight to show their love and support to Mankato programs, like the American Red Cross, that give to those in need. Their dance stories and experience span generations and includes multicultural experiences drawn from polkas, waltzes, African, Mexican and Guatemalan dance styles. Some of them “have grown up dancing,” claiming it’s in their genes. They are involved in the Mankato community both as a group and as individuals:
